The Senior Leadership Team provides leadership and oversight for the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of policing services to our community, while supporting the work of more than 52 dedicated employees who contribute to the delivery of quality service to our communities.

This team develops and implements policies, and procedures designed to maintain public safety while fostering trust, transparency, and positive relationships within the community.

In addition to operational oversight, the Senior Leadership Team oversees key organizational functions, including corporate communications, budgeting, human resources, professional standards, Informaiton technology, asset management and other critical areas that support the professionalism and integrity of the Force.

Through strong leadership and coordinated management, the Senior Leadership Team ensures that the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force remains responsive, accountable, and focused on serving the needs of our communities.
