Accident/Incident reports can be requested by the insurance company or law firm that is representing you. If you require a copy of a report, companies or firms may complete the request form below and submit it online.

Fees- $75

Note: 

• This is for collision report requests only. All other Police reports require a Request for Information.
• If the file requested is under active investigation, we will be unable to release it until the file has been concluded.
