Community Advancement Program (C.A.P.)

The Community Advancement Program, or C.A.P. Inc., was created in 1990 by dedicated members of the former Rothesay Regional Police. Built as a non‑profit organization, its mission has always been to support vulnerable individuals and enhance the quality of life within our community.

C.A.P. Is a meaningful resource that helps KRPF officers strengthen community connections. Whether it’s a grocery gift card, a bike helmet, a trading card, or a coloring book, these simple gestures—offered directly by an officer—build trust, spark conversation, and create positive interactions.

C.A.P. empowers officers to be creative in supporting community needs and reinforces our commitment to caring for the people we serve.
