Through meaningful community engagement, upholding the law, and preserving public safety, we strive to serve with integrity, respect, and dedication.
If you have had a positive experience with one of our members, or if an employee has gone above and beyond your expectations, we encourage you to let us know by completing this short form.
Your compliment will be forwarded to the Chief of Police and shared with the employee, as well as their supervisor and peers. Your feedback not only helps us recognize excellence in service, but also has a meaningful and lasting impact on our members.

The Kennebecasis Regional Police Force is committed to delivering professional policing services to our community. Our members work diligently each day to protect public safety, uphold the law, and build strong relationships within the community.
Maintaining public trust and confidence is fundamental to our mission. All members are held to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Officers are governed by the New Brunswick Police Act, which clearly defines their responsibilities and expected conduct.
If you have a complaint about a member of the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force or our service, you may:
- Contact the on-duty Sergeant
- Contact the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force Office of Professional Standards at (506) 847-6300
- Submit a formal complaint directly to the New Brunswick Police Commission (NBPC) by visiting their website (https://www.nbpolicecommission.ca/) . NBPC complaint forms are also available in person at our Headquarters at 126 Millennium Drive, Quispamsis, NB.
We are dedicated to ensuring complaints are addressed in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us maintain the high standards our community expects and deserves.
